Name Changing Allowed
Gear and spec don't put you on top of the meter unless everyone is playing perfectly. Effort puts you on top. Play to the strengths of your gear and spec, know your tank, know your situation.

Yet another way to make money
10 euros a pop anyone ?
We charge you IRL MONEY to change your virtual name ... its paperwork fees you know ...
Right ... instead of allowing each person say 2 name changes per year or something

"There are other limitations to the name change as well such as being unable to change the name again for 90 days as it says when you go to the Paid character name page."
I think that allowing everyone to change their name at will is a bad idea. That way you'd get 2 "get out of jail for free" cards (scamm, change, scamm again, change).
By implementing a money barrier they can:
1- Make money
2- Limit the amount of people abusing the system to hurt others.
3- Give them a chance to get a new name, if your alt "sudupakillabank" became your main, at least you can change it now.
And fourth... you're not forced to use it, from your end nothing will change. I can't see how can someone think this is a bad thing

The only verdict is vengeance; a vendetta held as a votive, not in vain, for the value and veracity of such shall one day vindicate the vigilant and the virtuous. Verily, this vichyssoise of verbiage veers most verbose.
