C'thun down, server first!

Two days have passed since Balance took down the infamous last boss of Ahn'Qiraj, C'thun, an extremely challenging boss encounter, server first.
We started our raid week by killing the first 3 bosses in Ahn'Qiraj, and later heading to Blackwing Lair.
Thursday was the longest raiding day in the history of Balance, starting off in Ahn'qiraj around sevenish, where we took Huhuran, in a shaky first try, in the end the whole raid was dead, except Grahf, who's iceblock bought the dots on Huhuran a little more time wich killed her. Emperors went down with out a hitch, and we proceeded to clear the trashmobs before C'thun. After clearing the trash we headed to Blackwing Lair, even though it was around 3:30 in the morning, killing the 3 drakes and stopping the raid around 5:20ish, making it about 9 hours of pure raiding, not bad.
C'thun
All I can say is that it is a very alternative fight and again the margin for error is small.
We continued making headway on C'thun friday and saturday, but we never got him below 80% thanks to some people actually running after the dark glare and dying, hm hm hm?
Since sunday was a Swedish annual holiday, we decided not to raid but insted farm potions, and other things needed for C'thun. On monday we didn't make much progress except reducing the number of people getting hit by the glare, and some improvement in the spreading. Tuesday was the day, do or die, now or never (never being next reset ofc.). First try went pretty good, getting a new record, 71%. Next try was it, we only had 2-3 dead on phase1, they got combat ressed asap and we went into phase 2. Phase 2 was flawless, at 70% Grizzly gave the signal to go all out, using flasks and pots. We weakened him 3 more times and he was down.
